Start thinking about which behavioral you want to increase or decrease: daily steps, water intake, sugar consumption, or a licit/illicit drug. Remember, do NOT do anything to the behavior yet!
Jan. 25: Start working on the health behavior intervention project now. Read the "Behavior Review and Contract Form" to see what is required for this part of the assignment.
